Our Board

Who manages the St. Croix Valley Sexual Assault Response Team (SART)

A diverse board of 9-15 volunteers consisting of at least one law enforcement officer, victim advocate, and medical professional, meets quarterly (or monthly if necessary) and are responsible for governance and setting policy for the organization. The Executive Director, Kristi Pavek, oversees operations, staff, and implements the Board’s vision.

Seven committees of volunteers raise funds—Fundraising Committee, develop personnel policies and assess long term staffing plans—Personnel Committee, oversee the communication of our message—Marketing Committee, assure that we continue to provide exceptional care to survivor victims of sexual assault—Client Services Committee, keep our fiscal operations in transparent and proper order—Finance Committee, assure that our board is working as a cohesive unit—Board Governance Committee, and promote education and prevention initiatives on sexual violence—Education Committee.
