Registration check- in will start at 2:00 p.m. and participants can start shooting between the hours of 2:00 – 6:00 p.m. The cost is $50 per shooter or $30 for students, which includes a chicken dinner; or a chicken dinner only option for $10 for non-participants which will be served between 4-7 pm. Awards will be presented at 7 pm. Complete details and online registration for individuals or teams of 5 can be found below. Participants are required to bring their own gun, ammo, ear & eye protection.
We need DONATIONS for our silent auction. Donations can be mailed (see attached form) or arrangements can be made to pick up your donation by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or call 715-425-6443. Please allow adequate time for your donation to arrive by mail to be received by Wednesday, June 2, 2021.
Raffle tickets are available to purchase prior to the event with any remaining available for purchase the day of the event. Tickets are $5.00 each and can be purchased by check made payable to SART and mailed to: SART Sporting Clay Fundraiser 563 Lundy Lane Hudson WI 54016. Raffle items consist of an Impala Plus 12gauge Semi-Auto shotgun, Pheasant Hunt at Game Unlimited, Packer tickets, and Badger Football tickets. Need not be present to win.
